This journal incorporates the prompts and thought-provoking questions of a guided journal and a deconstructed vision board. For your vision board you only focus on one section at a time, each for an entire month and then carry those actions into the next month, all done over the course of 12 months!

By breaking your vision board into 12 sections/focuses, it becomes easier to focus on what you want, what you need, and how to obtain it.
